These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Orion website, services, community, communications, and related offerings operated by Astral Marketing (“Orion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting an application, communicating with our team, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement.

Our services are only available for selected third-party proprietary trading firms and account types that are compatible with our systems.

Acceptance into our service is not guaranteed. Orion may accept or decline an applicant at its discretion based on account type, prop firm, trading conditions, risk parameters, capacity, or other operational considerations.

Nature of Our Service

Orion provides trading technology, account-management support, and related services for eligible accounts obtained from independent third-party proprietary trading firms.

Orion is not a broker, securities dealer, investment adviser, bank, financial institution, or proprietary trading firm.

Orion does not accept deposits from clients for investment purposes and does not offer securities or investment products.

Third-Party Prop Firm Account

You are responsible for purchasing your own eligible prop-firm account directly from the applicable third-party provider.

Orion does not pay for or reimburse the cost of your prop-firm account unless expressly agreed to in writing.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, rules, restrictions, and requirements imposed by your selected prop firm.

Third-party prop firms are independent businesses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not affiliated with, sponsored by, partnered with, or endorsed by Orion or Astral Marketing.

Account Access and Authorization

By enrolling an eligible account in our service, you authorize Orion and its systems to access and manage the account to the extent required to provide the service.

While an account is actively being managed by Orion, you must not independently place trades, modify active positions, interfere with trading activity, alter relevant settings, or take other actions that could affect the performance of the service unless instructed otherwise.

Client interference may result in suspension or termination of the service.

Service Fee

There is no upfront Orion service fee for eligible performance-based accounts.

Following a successful payout, Orion charges a service fee equal to 30% of the applicable payout amount, unless a different fee has been expressly agreed to in writing before the service begins.

You remain responsible for all third-party costs, including prop-firm account purchases, resets, platform fees, commissions, spreads, or other charges imposed by third parties.

No Guarantee of Results

Trading involves substantial risk.

Orion does not guarantee:

that an evaluation will be passed;

that an account will become funded;

that any particular profit will be generated;

that a payout will occur;

that an account will remain active;

that a particular result will occur within a specific period of time.

Past performance, screenshots, testimonials, community posts, certificates, payout examples, and individual client results are provided for informational purposes only and are not indicative of future results.

Results vary from client to client.

Third-Party Rules and Account Actions

Prop firms may change their trading rules, payout rules, risk parameters, technology, pricing, or eligibility requirements at any time.

Orion does not control third-party prop firms and is not responsible for:

account denials;

rule changes;

payout delays or refusals;

account suspensions or closures;

technical issues;

platform outages;

decisions made by a third-party prop firm;

changes to a prop firm’s terms or business operations.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly notify us if anything relevant to your account changes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in the service is permitted under any applicable prop-firm agreement and under the laws applicable to you.

You must not use Orion’s services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or prohibited activity.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if we reasonably believe that:

these Terms have been violated;

inaccurate information was provided;

account interference has occurred;

continued service presents unacceptable operational or compliance risk;

the applicable prop firm is no longer supported;

fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orion and Astral Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, speculative, or punitive losses arising from trading activity, third-party prop firms, market conditions, account restrictions, platform failures, or loss of a trading opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All Orion branding, website content, graphics, systems, written material, processes, videos, and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Astral Marketing unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, copy, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated terms become effective when published on this page unless otherwise stated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you.

continued account access.

Any reference to previous payouts, account balances, returns, certificates, trading results, community results, or client experiences represents individual historical outcomes only.

Market Risk

Financial markets can move rapidly and unpredictably.

Trading may be affected by volatility, liquidity, spreads, execution quality, economic events, technical issues, market gaps, platform outages, and other factors outside Orion’s control.

Losses may occur.

Proprietary Trading Firm Risk

Prop-firm programs are operated by independent third parties.

Each firm maintains its own rules regarding:

daily drawdown;

maximum loss;

profit targets;

trading strategies;

news trading;

holding periods;

automated trading;

account access;

payouts;

prohibited trading activity.

A third-party prop firm may reject a payout, close an account, modify its rules, suspend operations, or otherwise take action independently of Orion.

Orion cannot guarantee any action or decision by a third-party prop firm.

No Investment Advice

Nothing provided through the Orion website, Telegram community, VSLs, advertisements, customer-support communications, educational material, or other content constitutes individualized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

You should consult qualified professionals regarding your individual circumstances where appropriate.

Testimonials and Results

Testimonials, reviews, screenshots, certificates, payout examples, and community posts may describe individual experiences.

They should not be interpreted as a representation that you will achieve identical or similar results.
